    really really bad service, I always blame management when i see disinterested slow servers...no training no attention to detail.  average food, if you're starving the food here won't kill you - that's about the best thing i can say.

    Came here for brunch with my boyfriend. For some reason, I thought I'd be "healthy" on this day and I ordered the Mixed Berry Yogurt. It was good, but my mouth was drooling over the pancakes and omelette dishes at tables near and far! Next time I go, I WILL order something carby, buttery, and sweet to my heart's content. Also, I know this is a weird comment, but my Diet Coke was the freshest and coldest and tastiest Diet Coke of my life. I don't know how else to explain that.

    ANYWAY.... this place is very large and has an old diner feel to it. The menu is absolutely gigantic and has everything you can think of on it. A patron walking out as we walked in informed us that, "The omelettes here are amazing." So I guess I trust his opinion. Next time I'll order one.

    If you check in, you get 10% off the bill! Nice!

    Overall: it was okay. I think anyone could find something they like on the menu. It's a good brunch spot if you're with a big group.

    My friend and I were violently ill from the food we ate there last night. When I called to tell them how sick we were [to prevent them from serving more contaminated food to other customers] the manager on duty informed me that it was IMPOSSIBLE for us to have food poisoning since the symptoms only come to light after 24hrs  - which is untrue.

    She then alluded that because we came into the restaurant after we went to the bar, that our symptoms were most likely due to our hangovers. Having had many hangovers - I know that the digestive issues we had are not from alcohol, but rather from food poisoning.

    The manager also told me that because there were so many ingredients in the pancakes, quesadilla, breakfast sausage, and bacon that there was really no way of knowing what made us sick... uh... what? You think that looking into this is too much work? Really? I'm pretty sure that food safety should be your number one priority.

    She never asked for my name or phone number to follow up and dismissed my claim entirely. She was rude and frankly I find it shocking that she was not more distressed about this situation. I was not asking for my money back, nor was I blaming her personally for this incident - I just wanted to make sure that they were aware of what happened to us.

    I'm a reasonable person and this ordeal was not well handled by management. I wil never again be a patron at a restaurant where the manager is so unconcerned about the well being of the customer. Shame on you lady.
