Oldfields Liquor Room

Cute bartenders in cute outfits, and absolutely wonderful old timey amazingly crafted cocktails. I have yet to come during HH, which seems like the way to go. I still tried at least 4 different drinks, because its impossible not to. Everything is so good and fun to try. Because these are fancy drinks, you will need to be patient however. It's mixology, okay! The inside reminded me of a bathroom though. Or maybe more like an ice cream parlor. I don't know why.

I miss Oldfields. I used to be a weekly regular because I worked in the area, but after I was uncerimoniously dumped by the company I have few reasons to go back out to Culver City. It was a place where one could order mixed drinks via concept, and enjoy them under low light, or on the small patio. Many a night I spent there nursing a drink, sitting on the patio, and enjoying the feel of nighttime in LA.

Ain't no day like Monday Funday! BC is a talented bartender with the ability to layer flavors like no other. Just tell him what you like...be descriptive and he'll create that exact flavor you've always wanted, but couldn't find.
