No, no, no.
Made a reservation for a birthday party, and had quite the pleasant experience with the person on the phone who was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Then I call back 3 weeks later to confirm and I'm told the place has been CLOSED for several weeks and will "maybe" be open on my date. Oh, and I was also accused of never having made a reservation-- allegedly "Danielle" would have called me to let me know all reservations were cancelled given the closure. Um...never happened.
Clearly the place is closed for a reason. If it ever re-opens, save yourself and go elsewhere.
Can't say enough good things about this place! Perfect addition to the getting-stuffy restaurant row. The HH has amazing prices, the food is on point. Share the triple fried French fries. The games, shuffleboard, small but tasty menu, ceilinged smoking patio and bartenders' knowledge mean there's something for everyone. Only thing-Avoid karaoke night!
Review Source:You know, I'm really diggin this spot. It definitely has that sporty pool table, big screen TVs, deer antlers on the wall, connect four, jenga thing going on, while keeping it cool and somewhat upscale. It is definitely the trendy hollywood crowd that comes here.
The first time I ended up here was a Saturday night with a few friends. We had intended on going to the sls only to find it was closed for a private party. Needless to say we were the most dressed up, decked out people there (plus we are Persian).
It's nice because there is a lot of seating everywhere and even when it gets really packed if you wait around something usually opens up fairly quickly. Its also not so loud so that you can't carry a conversation in the place. Its a good place to have a few drinks, play games (although I dont really) and be social.
