PJ's has been around since about 1982 and it's truly one of a kind. Â I've been here with friends and family for dinner and I've been here with friends for happy hour. Â I've had a few of the items on the menu and haven't been disappointed yet. Â Their ribs are meaty and filling, they have a good crab cake, the ribeye is delicious, the prime rib sandwich is tasty but my favorite meal there is the london broil. Â They serve fresh hot bread with your meal and the caesar salad I have is always fresh. Â The day time bartender Whitney is truly one of a kind. Â She can make an impressive drink and in my opinion has a great personality. Â The only down side I have found is when some of the guy night time bartenders come on that if you aren't a lady then it's hard to get their attention and the quality of your drink drops. Â They have a wonderful brunch on Sundays and they aim to please. Â If you are looking for a nice place for a good family dinner this is the place....but come early because after 9 many nights they have a DJ so it gets louder.
Review Source:Really, it's an old establishment that has kept it's perfect body! Â Â I've been here numerous times after discovering the awesome happy hour specials. Â Â Services is always great in the bar! Â The tables have HH listed on all their pub tables and booths. Â Your glass is never empty and the food and drink prices rock! Â
My fav appetizer is the fried zucchini and the hot wings! Â All their bar food is only $4.99. Â Drink specials are more than you can count on both hands. Â They have DogFish for you beer lovers and their mix a good drink, for those of us who love a good heavy pour.
There is a two-part bar area, one that is pretty well lit, and one area that is dark where no one should know your name! Â There is also an outdoor area, but let's ignore that during these summer months. Â
I have not dined in the restaurant but it always seems busy. Â They have dinner specials every evening. Â Parking is ok. Â There is limited parking in the front and back, or you can park in the area behind the furniture store.
