  The older woman who works there is RUDE! She seems to get hot flashes, she touched her greasy balding head than touched my food; I asked for another slice. The food is decent, however, when Proud Papa's was Genaro's pizza across the street, the  service was better, and the pizza tasted BETTER as well. They changed the recipe and now the pizza doesn't taste too good. I know the people there for over 20 years, but for the past 5 years I've been going elsewhere.

  The food here continues to get worse and worse.  I can't describe it but the pizza just tastes cold and old, even after being warmed up.  The people that work there really aren't that friendly either.  There's been a few times I've caught an attitude.  Basically every time I go there I tell myself that's the last time I will go.  It's convienant because they don't have a credit card limit and I never have cash,

  it's good until you go there craving something you've had in the past and they tell you "we can't make it that way for you.  It should never have been done the last time". well, if you ask me, (the customer), umm, should be taken care of. not told, rudely, no and it should have never been done the last time. the order was simply changing/requesting a different sauce as any other place has and still does if i ask them. proud papa's is a no go anymore for me. just based on that one day, and how the customer was treated, i will not go back. and i have been going for quite some time regularly.  you just should not be rude to the customer. --
  courtesy to the customer & service is priority, and lots of places are lacking in that dept. and proud papa's just added themselves to that list.
  --- disappointed customer.

  Proud Papa's is our favorite pizza place...good, clean tasting food and quick delivery.  We like to order the buffalo chicken pizza (well done).  Yummy every time.  Worth checking out.
