One order of fries is about three servings' worth. The guys are really really friendly every time I go in there. The prices are odd at first glance, but when taxes are added, they add up to round numbers. As a person who hates change, it's nice to be able to spend even dollar amounts. Also, there is an interesting heated ATM outside. More importantly, the outdoor picnic tables are fun to sit at.
Review Source:This is Gene & Judes East in a nutshell; although I think the Red Hot Ranch has better fries. Â The fries are always crisp on the outside and pillowy soft on the inside. Â This is a absolute gem in the neighborhood and they are open until 5:00am on the weekends. Red Hot Ranch, thanks for filling my tummy in the wee hours of the morning. Â I haven't tried the shrimp yet, but they look great.
Review Source:I am not sure whether I am losing it or what, but each time I come here it seems that I am enjoying myself more and more. Am I becoming more of a hot dog junkie or is it that after a visit to the Map Room and walking back home, I just seem to get pulled here by my sub-conscience? I really am not sure, but this double-dog and fry combo for only a fiver keeps calling my name, no matter what time it is. Glad to have this place across the street...
Enjoy Suckas'!!!
