Shangri-La Coffee

My favorite coffee shop and lunch spot in Denver. I lived in the neighborhood during the ownership change, and Massimo has done wonders with the space. Now, after living in Cap Hill for the last year and a half, I have to make the trip back whenever I can. The paninis are to die for. The bread is unbeatable. Staff is friendly and still remember me/my order regardless of when I was last in. They remember all the neighborhood locals.

Grab a coffee and a panini before going around the corner for some ice cream this summer...

Best panini I've had outside of Italy!  The bread is spot-on and many ingredients are true Italian gems, assembled in good proportions.  These are not the typical jam-packed cheese and meat gut-bombs common state-side.
