Stereo Nightclub

This place is so nasty!!!  I am Polish and this place isn't all that!   So all my fellow peeps that say this place is the bomb, you guys must be smashed drunk going into this place......get real...this is so disgusting!  Yes, they recently remodeled but the same old, nasty, smelly creepsters still keep coming here!  This place tries to be all "downtown-ish"  from the decor to the drink prices....sorry to be the one to inform you  but slapping some new paint , tearing down a wall and up-ing the price for crap liquor doesn't make you "downtown".  Hiring a mohawked, tattooed emo boy bartender doesn't grant you a "cool and hip" status....oh and Mr. Bouncers that think you're so bad ass...lol you're not!  I would probably knock you out by flicking my pinkie!

This place is a JOKE!  I would rather spend my money elsewhere and look at waaaaaaaaaaay better looking people sipping on a drink that is well worth my money!  So unless you are absolutely desperate and don' t mind ugly people, Disco Polo,  bad cocktails and horrendous BO....go somewhere else!  Explore the many wonderful places Chicago has!!! :)

This is my favorite club in Chicago by far.  I am Polish though so perhaps that's why I like it so much.  I have been going here with my wife for years even back when it was the old Jedynka.  When Martini club opened up they took all the Polish business from Jedynka.  Well Jedynka remodeled and re-opened as Stereo and now Martini Club is all Mexican.  Stereo is now the place to be.

As for the club they have several bars, a nice dance floor, laser lights, tables and VIP bottle service.  They also have the best music - all dance and NO rap.  There are no ghetto people here, everyone comes nicely dressed and they draw a nice hot crowd.  My Polish and European friends love this place but my non-European friends don't like it as much.  If you are European or come with Europeans you will have a great time here and I highly recommend you check it out.  It almost feels like Poland.
