Storm Rhum Bar & Bistro

This past weekend was catching up with friends and we decided on Storm.....this "just outside" the center of town establishment continues to delivery for me on all levels.

Be it the great bartending skills of Wayne (tosses a cocktail napkin like nobody's business) or the wait staff and hostess.....all making sure you are happy and well fed.

This particular evening I was in the mood for the Duck Breast which is always cooked just right and some of the best in town.  I threw in 2 Tecates for good measure and the night was great.

One note of change to the management though............a kitchen staff member monitors the parking lot next door when the music venue up the street has events....he shuffles back and forth into the bar via a door by the seating.  For this paticular evening he must have come and gone at least 20 times over the course of the 1 + my friend and I were eating...each time...with the temperature outside a chill 38 degrees (I don't want to hear it Carol :^p)  we received a SHOCK of cold air on us.........a personal request to management......PLEASE have him use the front door and stop using that door!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Hence the loss of 2 stars to "A-Ok".............

SO over priced and disappointing. I ordered a burger medium, cut it in half only to find that the burger was almost completely raw. The waitress was really nice about taking it back, but when it came out a second time it was still severely undercooked and the toppings had all fallen off and not been replaced. It had been put back on the grill as it was cut in half with the toppings on it and everything. I think a place with such high prices should have much higher standards. I regret paying for it. Worst burger I've ever had.

Wasn't impressed with the mojito.. Nice atmosphere.
