I've been here twice and have been pleased both times.
Environment:
The ambiance is pleasantly sophisticated, but not overly so. The brick walls and wood tables add a classic element that is urban, but comfortable. There is usually a crowd, so getting their early helps if you're going to be meeting a few people there. If I were to knock off a star, it would be because of how crowded it can get, but I don't really mind it, and find that you meet people faster that way. I haven't been there when there's live music, but intend to.
Wine:
Since I've only been twice, I haven't had a chance to try the entire menu, but they do have a wide variety to choose from. I've indulged in the $5 specials, one a Tempranillo, and the other a Cab Sauv, both of which I wrote the names of because I liked them so much. Great value.
Staff:
Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, but not intrusive when it comes to service. That balance is big for me.
Food:
Haven't tried the food yet, but will venture to guess I'd be happy with it.
