Poor sampling of Filipino food. Highlight was the lechon kawali (pan-roasted pork)--but how can you go wrong w/crispy pig fat? It was, however, so greasy that it left a thick puddle of oil in the bottom of the takeout box. The lumpia shanghai (a type of Filipino egg roll), though crisp, were bland. Even worse was the pancit canton (noodle dish), which mostly tasted like noodles doused in soy sauce with a few julienne carrots thrown in.
No need to stop here.
