Terrible service, terrible bartenders, terrible food that left us sick and in the bathroom that night and the next morning.

This place seemed better to me when I went 3yrs ago, but what my friends and I experienced Saturday night will make us not go back.

Getting a drink at the bar took 10-15min. I am not kidding you. For BEER! The bartender also forgot I wanted my card closed, then couldn't find it, then finally did. His co-bartender, my friends and I actually felt bad for. She was a waitress who got thrown back there (we think as least, as she wasn't familiar with what a Hibernator was or that it was on tap). You could see the people around the bar just getting more and more annoyed waiting. The bartender didn't know  who came first and just served people in front of him while chugging Red Bulls. If you wanted a drink, you had better be ready to wait at least 10min.

They ran out of pint glasses and were serving everything in plastic cups.

The man who appeared to be the supervisor was just bumbling around, not doing anything of importance. He said he couldn't help the bar staff, he didn't know how to run Keno (much to the displeasure of the man waiting next to me to buy a ticket), and he "forgot" to bring our food out until I asked.

The Chef there seemed to be the only redeeming person, who apologized to us for getting the wrong pizza (bacon instead of pepperoni) and gave us a basket of fries for free. We also ordered pretzle sticks and buffalo tenders. I felt terrible within hours. By the end of the night, my friends and I were all in the bathroom. This continued the next morning as well. NOT pleasant.

Oh yea, and the girl who was in charge of the pool tables? She didn't have a waiting list set up for their free 7-9pm pool. And then didn't understand why people were upset about not getting a table after waiting for 30+min. The girl thought playing on her IPhone was a better idea than maintaining a wait list.

Never going back.

I went here for my birthday and had a great time. Its a bar so no big expectation on food. The food is just as I expected- comfort food which I washed down with my liquor. We had a blast just singing or poking fun. It was a great night and I have been dying to go back. I sang 3 songs and I am THE WORST singer around. The crowd sang with me.

I Love the Wave. it's my favorite bar around. I was new to the area as of June, and was looking for a place that I could hangout and feel safe and welcomed. The Wave was that place.

I usually come mainly for karaoke, but I have visited on other nights as well. The staff and bartenders are very friendly and I feel very safe going up there alone. I also have brought up groups several times for pool and then Karaoke. It's always a good time. Saturdays get a little crazy sometimes so I prefer to come Thursdays (a lower key night, where you can sing more) and Fridays (sometimes busy, sometimes not).

The karaoke with DJ Todd is the best Karaoke I've ever been to. I've done a heck of alot of karaoke and this is definitely the place to go. If you want to get several songs in, come on a Thursday. Fridays are good too, but tend to get busy and Saturdays you will be lucky to get 2 songs in. Todd is really fair though.

I just love this place =)
