Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers

After leaving the Yelp Drinks Up Cincinnati Beer Week! (With free food!), which was awesome!, I needed something to hold me over for my ride home. It was about 10:30ish when I got to the Wendy's. I went it to use the facilities and then to order something to eat. After using the bathroom, I waited for 5 minutes, where no one else was in line (there was one guy going back and forth...not paying attention that there was a customer waiting to place a order). I decided to head to another fast food joint. Upon leaving, there were two workers outside, just having a cigarette and talking. These were the two gentlemen that were working the register when I came in....What were they thinking, that I just parked my car, used the bathroom, and wasn't going to order food? NEVER going back there again and I advise everyone else to do the same!

My boyfriend has frequented this Wendy's drive-thru many times without issue. I don't eat fast food very often (maybe once every other month) but I joined him recently to get something quick to eat.

The drive-thru was very long so we went inside thinking it would be faster. There was only one person in line ahead of us so we figured we were going to be in and out quickly.

I ordered a baked potato and a caramel frosty shake and my boyfriend ordered a spicy chicken combo. We waited... and waited... and finally TEN MINUTES later our order came up... without my frosty. I told her what was missing and she just walked away. I asked the woman where my frosty was, and she said, "She's making it," pointing to another woman who was at the drive-thru window.

We waited again, and just shy of 5 minutes later, my frosty shake arrived... and it was the wrong one - they gave me a vanilla frosty topped with caramel, granola, and apples. I shrugged and just took it because I didn't want to waste more time waiting for them to make me something else.

When we got home, my boyfriend's chicken sandwich was absolutely gross. He ordered it to have no tomato, and it had tomato. The bun was falling apart in his hands while he was eating it.

At least this experience solidified my distaste for fast food!
