Best Indian in town!

I've always been pretty stand-offish when it comes to Indian food. Co-workers would have to force me to get it and the dishes I've tried in the past (while OK) were not what I consider "great" food.

Today Dusmesh has turned me into a full blown foaming at the mouth Indian food addict. Chicken Vindaloo level 4 spiciness was cooked to perfection. It was so good it put me in this euphoric mood the rest of the day... or maybe it was the endorphins released from the spiciness... EITHER WAY this place is awesome.

I want to get in the DeLorean and go back to 2009 so I can prevent myself from being so ignorant of good Indian food and depriving myself of all those excellent lunches I could have been eating here. To top it off it's served and cooked by some of the most hospitable staff I've ever encountered. I haven't even tried the 8$ all you can eat buffet yet which according to others is the "best" thing about Dusmesh. So I can't wait for that...

Add this to your lunch rotation if you are anywhere even remotely nearby. You won't be sorry you did.

Dusmesh is a great place and has some special options. I believe them to be the only ones who offer a full vegetable tandoori (not just paneer), my favorite dish! I have probably been there for a variety of different occasions (birthdays, date night, girls night out..etc) and have left satisfied everytime.

The servers are attentive and one of the servers has actually started to remember me..even though I only eat at Dusmesh about every 3 months.

The decor is average, the restaurant is small, and the parking lot can probably fit only 12 cars at best. This can be tricky during prime meal times.

The buffet is probably what prevents me from giving 5 stars, the buffet is fine, and I have eaten it plenty of times, but really it is just average. The menu food is stellar, go for that!

To wrap this review up, I have to mention a joke we have about Dusmesh. The tandoori dishes come out smoking (highly recommmend these tandoori dishes!). So when they serve one, the dining area also gets a bit smoky and spicy, so we always say, "food, spice level 2, air, spice level 5."
