Melt

One of the best sandwiches I have ever had in my life! I had the Verde Chicken and boy was it delicious. It came with the unique side of sunchips and hummus. Yum.

I love the  Northside, and I absolutely love Melt.  Their unique twists on standards make it appealing for foodie-types AND our kids (or our friends who are not adventurous food people).  I have had brunch, lunch and dinner here, and I can honestly say I've never had anything I didn't absolutely love.  As a non-dairy person, I appreciate their vegan options as well.  Also, Melt will deliver food to you at Northside Tavern; it's quite literally the best of both worlds.  

The only reason I don't give Melt 5 stars is because parking tends to suck (I hate pay-to-park lots that only take cash, which I never seem to have on-hand), and I've noticed that, for some odd reason, whenever I spend any length of time sitting in the restaurant, everything I'm wearing smells absolutely terrible when I walk out.  Not sure what that's about, but I can put up with gross-smelling clothes any day if I get to eat her.
