Wolfgang Puck Express

I've been to this place a couple of times for lunch and the food was very good each time. I've ordered the Sirloin Burger and the Meatloaf Sandwich, both of which were delicious. However, the food doesn't seem to arrive in an overly timely fashion, which probably wouldn't be a big deal, except that the restaurant has the word "Express" in its name. The second time I went there, I told the girl I was in a rush because I had a meeting to get to in 35 minutes - I figured I'd grab my food and head back to my office with enough time to wolf it down before the meeting. She said "oh, it will take 7-10 minutes". Almost 20 minutes later, there was no sign of my food so I went up to the counter and checked on it. She said "it will be out shortly". It came out 5 minutes later. I rushed back to my office, barely had a couple of bites before I went for my meeting and had to eat the rest of my sandwich an hour later. So that's my only issue with Wolfgang Puck's Express at this location. Plan on getting there early and just don't give any credence to the "Express" in the restaurant's name.

It took 25 minutes to get my order, which was a chicken salad sandwich.  What!!!  I've worked in restaurants before, and this is inexcusable.  When it finally came, it was just put on my table and the guy said "oh, i'll get some utensils".  I asked to have it boxed because after that amount of delay, I had to return to my office.  He acted like I was bothering him.  After 5 more minutes, it came to my table, with a "here you go."
No apology, no empathy, nothing.  I will never be back to this restaurant.  By the way, the restaurant was only half full, and it's not a big restaurant.  It had the cashier, waiter, and four chefs.  Absolutely no excuse for the horrible experience.  It's also overpriced for what it is.  I did give it one star because the sweet potato fries were good, but you can get those anywhere now.

It was just okay.  I have been to a wolfgang puck express in Disney in Florida and at the Chicago airport and both were amazing.  This location doesn't come through with  proper execution.  We ordered the margarita pizza and pepperoni pizza and both were okay.  We have had these at other locations and they were awesome.  Here it was just okay.  The crust wasn't the same, the cheese was off and it was just not right.

Hopefully they will look into this location and correct the issues.  Wolfgang Puck Express in Disney and at the Chicago airport are top notch.
