The bison is a beast!!! Went here recently with some co-workers and decided to try the bison dog with no slaw and it was delicious.
Both of the co-workers got brats and half-way through their brats, with bun, brat and toppings falling out of their mouths, they piped up and said, "Hey, can you put another brat on the grill for me?" Guess the brats were beastly as well.
Come to Busta Grill for a satisfying lunch without busting your wallet. Great selection of sausage, bison hot dog n other meat goodies.
Anyone can grill sausage and put it on a bun but Busta Grill took it to the next level by topping it with some amazing homemade sauces, a pepper spread and an unnamed delicious creamy sauce. The sweet grilled onions, crunchy fried potato sticks (South America inspired), slaw and other toppings set this food stand apart and above your boring hotdog stand.
Great outside benches to sit on near by, plenty of metered parking for those driving.
A Lincoln well spent for a satisfied belly. No surprise that this is a fave amongst the lunch-goers back on Washington and Brook in our own food truck haven. Brats, some chicken yummyness, polish sausage, beef, and all the toppings you can imagine at this hot dog stand on crack. Just mustard and ketchup? Boring! He's got the kitchen sink. Fried onions, Fried potato sticks, some awesome red pepper hummus spread, some other awesome garlic aioli, a flavorful (with just a kick) chimichurri slaw, and probably a few more things I'm forgetting. Get it all. For free. Most are 5-5.50 for your dog, chips, and drink and there are even a few tables in the little park behind the stand. Feel like a kid and appease that tummy all in one visit to Busta Grill. Then you can join the HDA (Hot Dog Alliance!)
