Yum Yum Thai

Wow... I arrived at 2:01 pm and placed a carry-out order. I was informed by the hostess that the lunch special ended at 2pm. She told me too bad and that she would gladly cancel my order. There are many EQUALLY tasty Thai places in area, go somewhere else for better service

Soup was delicious, adorable owner.  Everything was decent.  Not something I'd rave over but not a disappointment either.

DO NOT GO HERE. My family has eaten here a few times. The first time we ate inside, the service was terrible and slow. We had three different people serve us who were not on the same page and we ended up not getting certain things we had ordered.

But the food was decent enough that we went back. Tonight we ordered it for pick up. My brother ordered the Chili sauce steak rice dish, that he has ordered before. As soon as he opened it, my entire family went, "What's that smell, gross???!!!". It was his dish. Everyone agreed that it smelled like poop and of course he didn't want to eat it then.

My mom called when we were done to tell them nicely that something was wrong with the dish and we would like a credit of $8.95 for when we come back again and that all the other dishes were good.

The woman who answered questioned my mom about the dish as if my mom was lying and then she laughed at my mom and said, "That's just how it smells." My mom said it smelled so foul that we had to immediately throw it out so the smell wouldnt linger. She then said the only way she would fix the situation is if my mom drove the 15 minutes to their restaurant, show her the dish and prove it smelled bad and then she would make her a new one. So under no circumstance would she give us a credit to come back.

This is one of the most appalling customer service situations I have seen- I am shocked that a business owner would treat a returning customer like this. Do you really want to support someone like this? She could have just credited us $8.95 and have us come back. But no- now she lost our business for good.

Unless you want food that smells like dog poop and absolutely disgusting customer service, not to mention really unprofessional service inside their restaurant, DO NOT GO HERE.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. DO NOT SUPPORT PEOPLE LIKE THIS.
