Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

Had dinner there yesterday with my girlfriend on July 15 for our 3 years and a half that we been together. Well the server was great the food is awesome, just poor management. We always come here about three times a month just to have dinner, for the past 4 months or so... I've always enjoy eating here, specially since I am a picky eater and I have never had a bad service from a server here compare to other places.. But what the manager did yesterday I found more disrespectful than anything I've experience.. I got offended when our server brought us our check and to my surprise even though our dinner was pretty much ruined!!!! The manager added a 10% discount only to our entrees not the total check.... for a total of 2.50 off our check............ My first reaction was "you have to be f***ing kidding me." I had other places with terrible service at least compensate by offering us a free dessert, but I've never felt so insulted by getting 10% discount just on my entrees. I mean I work in a restaurant myself but I've never heard of anything like this..

I don't know if I should go back ever again..

1 star service from useless manager.

Enjoy paying too much at this ghetto dump. The staff could try to be more polite... and better with appearance. Way to look like you just rolled out of bed.

The best thing about lunch today was the company I was in(my son) . The service was some what slow, the food was tasty, and the restaurant was clean. This was perfect for a mother and son lunch just off the fly. I would return for a quick bite.
