We had a beautiful wedding here this year!! The staff is AMAZING! I worked with a wonderful coordinator, Jenna Jackson and our banquet captain was John Gavin. They were so wonderful to work with. She was on top of setting up everything and organizing the event and John.. well John was spectacular!!! He got us everything we needed and wanted the day of and helped with so much. This place is gorgeous and we have amazing wedding pics to prove it!! We would so recommend this place to anyone else wanting a venue to plan a beautiful event :)

Amazing venue for a wedding or large party.  Had our wedding there and it was very well maintained and HUGE... lots of character and a beautiful back yard.

Attended a GORGEOUS wedding at this estate. It's a gigantic old (but very well maintained) mansion that is part of the DuPont properties.

The formal garden is perfect for the ceremony, while the many indoor rooms lend themselves to a non-traditional reception. Rather than one big room that holds everything, you can have the bar in the library, dessert in the study, dancing in the grand room, etc. It's a bit different than your typical wedding, but unique, old, and beautiful. The staff was on-point and the food was excellent.
