Asia Bay

Service is great and has very nice inside seating, but the outside seating is even better! Ok, on to the food. You can't find a more affordable but high end sushi place in South Florida. I recommend it to all my friends whether they are going for a business lunch or on a date, it's perfect for everything! I don't think me or my wife have ever tried something we didn't love at Asia Bay, 5 stars.

Excellent service, fresh food, and great atmosphere. Sit at the sushi bar and the great chefs will make you whatever you want. One of my best sushi experiences!!

Terrible service. Awesome food.

We were seated for at least 8 minutes before being greeted by our server. We ordered two lychee sake tinis, tuna rock over seaweed salad and the mussels to start. Our server dropped off our martinis and we didn't see her again for another twenty minutes, that's when the apps hit the table. My date told our server that we didn't care for our martinis and ordered a bottle of Saki which our server knew nothing about. Our appetizers were amazing, beautiful presentation and just delicious! When our server returned to the table I apologized for not liking the martini, I always feel bad about returning things. I told her I usually love lychee tinis but the consistency was like drinking syrup, her response was "So your going to return this too!" As she slammed our bottle of Saki into the chiller and stormed off. We're are now in shock and trying to decide on ordering our entrees or just asking for the check and having the rest of our dinner elsewhere. She made up our decision for us. Ten minutes later our server comes to the table and reminds us it's ten minutes to ten and the kitchen closes at 10:15pm. We would have ordered the teriyaki sushi combo and the asia bay pad Thai when she dropped off the Saki but we never had the opportunity since she slammed down our bottle and walked away. Instead we ordered the Alaskan desert just because we had a bottle of Saki to finish.

We still left our server a $20 tip on a $67 tab.  Anyone can had a bad day but if you can't handle the pressure don't pick up the tables and most importantly compose yourself while in front of your guests. That server cost themself and asia bay money.
