La Bonne Crepe

DO NOT DINE HERE!!! This was by far one of the worst dining experiences that my husband and I have had!  We came with 14 of our friends and we received bad treatment from the waitress the entire time. It took a very long time for our food to be received, and when it was the food was absolutely disgusting!!! Unfortunately all of us were unhappy with the service and the food, which is very unusual for such a big group! WE WILL NEVER DINE HERE AGAIN!!!

Will NEVER COME BACK to this place. Waitress was rude, food was terrible and overpriced. Had to go elsewhere later to have a real meal. Please dont take chances this place is not worth it.

La Bonne Crepe!

It all began on a walk to the beach. I stopped inside a local art gallery when a giraffe painting caught my eye. The owner directed me to La Bonne Crepe after hearing my stomach make that awkward noise that one only notices when watching a silent film with a significant other. I couldn't help but notice the cozy cafe set up as I made my way to the front door. To my surprise, I was treated like royalty when I announced who referred me. I later tried that same scheme at the Bentley shop down the block but failed miserably.

I already knew what I wanted to order so a menu was not necessary. I ordered a strawberry and nutella crepe. As you might have noticed (from the picture I posted), the crepe looked nothing like your average French desert. In fact, my plate was topped with nutella-covered strawberries and a side of cone-shaped batter heated to the degrees of bisquick.

I observed the strangest things as I sat outside the patio. There was a mismatched couple holding hands singing Vietnamese karaoke, a murder of crows letting loose on the windshields of three freshly washed BMW's and I can't forget the young man who insisted that the IRS owed him money. That one actually made me laugh!

The desert price was perfectly in line with the overall package and I am very stringent (to say the least) when it comes to value, scenery, cleanliness, quality, customer service, timeliness and providing a welcoming atmosphere. They were all to my liking. I would highly recommend La Bonne Crepe to others and return for another delicious treat!
