i dont do this for a living so this will be really informal..

I was ok with the club being tight but they could take a few of these tables out to let the wait staff go thru the crowd with out dropping glasses and constantly brushing up against people.. I sat across from my wife.. she had a great view of the stage but I had a view of her watching her-- watching the performance... but i guess she had a great time... eh... so Get there early or reserve seats... best to come with a group because those seats are close to the stage.. also as for food.. do your minimum with drinks and avoid the food..(cheese on a crabcake sandwich..really?)

I've been here 3 times, most recently last month. The first performance I saw was with Phylis Hyman, this was a remarkable performance very romantic. The place is a very quaint space brick walls it makes you feel like you are in a authentic blues joint. My second time isn't memorable at all. My third time was AWESOME!!!!! everything about the performance was amazing, I will definitely make a Fourth visit in the near future.

3 for the food, 5 for the jazz! You are going to share a table or be really, really close to your fellow diners so get here a bit early to secure your line of sight to the stage.
