As much as I don't like to reinforce stereotypes I'm going to start with one here - Indian people know spice. It is such a part of our food that we become acutely grieved when our food is not spicy or hot enough. I say all of this to suggest that calling something "hot" is totally subjective and there is total abuse of the word "hot" in the U.S. So when someone offers me "hot wings" I usually feel like I'm being robbed.
But Buffalo Wild Wings' hottest sauces are legitimately hot. This is not ghost pepper hot or mind-numbing hot, but their blazing sauces are seriously fucking hot. I had the naked tenders there the other day and it was damn hot. But, a good hot - like you know your ass is going to be on fire the next day, but you can't wait to go back? They have a blazing wing challenge too - 12 wings, no ranch or blue cheese, no water, in six minutes. Winner gets the wings for free and a photo on the wall of fame.
All the food is good here and I can't believe people still waste time at Taco Mac. The choice of wet and dry sauces/rubs makes the food here really great and the servers are good people as well. Ask for Marvin at the bar - the man knows his music and his liquor.
If I want a huge selection on wings, I come here. I love wings, but I can't handle a whole lot of heat. Usually I'll get the mild wings; however, it's worth noting that their mild is still pretty hot. I have to commend BWW on one thing though. Typically, wing restaurants will just gyp you on the amount of sauce you get for mild (aka: they use medium sauce and just give you less). They definitely don't do that here.
The service this past time I went was great; our server was friendly and attentive. However, that's not to say that's always the case. Usually I wouldn't say the service is spectacular, but just okay.
