Awful food, careless and rude service.

There was a sign on their menu advertising how delicious their chili was, so I decided to order a cup of it along with a "Mayor Daley" hot dog. I will stand by my opinion that my $10 would have been better spent if I had put it in a paper shredder instead. I had to wait somewhere between 20-25 minutes. One of the employees came up to my table and asked to be reminded of what I ordered. About 5 minutes later I looked over to the kitchen to see if they were beginning to make any progress. The two folks working there were not wearing gloves. The woman was putting the toppings on my hot dog with her bare hands.

They just so blatantly didn't care.

When my food was finally ready, the hot dog was lukewarm, with cold cheese and cold sauteed onions on top. It tasted horrible. The chili was way too sweet. I couldn't even finish it. I asked the cashier for some ketchup packets, because the bottle at my table was out. He said nothing to me and aggressively placed them on the counter. I was really taken aback by his hostility.

Eating here gave me such a bad stomach ache that I was drinking Pepto-Bismol for the next 2 days. This place is a horror show.

Got an order to-go, and they forgot the cheese for my cheese frites :(

I'm a huge cheese person, so it kind of put a damper on the meal.

I got the Mayor Daley and it was good but there was a TON of mustard on it and it was pretty overpowering. Boyfriend got the BBQ chicken sandwich and it was good, a standard sandwich.

They're about average for the area, a hot dog, chicken sandwich, and a large order of frites (with no cheese!) set me back about $14.

I will be back to give this place another chance, they do have some really interesting sounding concoctions!
