Plastic glassware is worn and dirty looking.   Booth seats are hard and sloped forward making them very uncomfortable.  Food was decent but some items were off.  We had the fried cheese appetizer which was lukewarm and mushy... gross.

I love Chili's, but this location leaves a lot to be desired.  I think my biggest complaint is the stench in the bathrooms - It always smells like a sewage backup/skeevy truck stop and the smell wafts into the dining room if you're unlucky enough to be seated close by.
I usually just order appetizers here because it caters to my dining ADD and they're pretty hard to mess up.  Their chips and salsa are my favorite, love the skillet queso, southwest egg rolls, and boneless wings.
Service is hit or miss here, some waiters are awesome and others obviously don't care about their job or their customers.

As much as I love the food at Chili's, I have a really hard time coming here because of the smell.

Have not been there for years - used to be a great place to eat a nice lunch - terrific burgers - great atmosphere... well, sorry but times have changed and I suspect Chili's is falling on hard times.   I remember real glass mugs for the ice tea - today my ice tea came in a dirty plastic mug (had food particles on the base) and the tea was metallic tasting - ordered a second glass, more of the same - mugs are so worn they have nicks in them and the are etched or frosted - translation is I couldn't tell if they were clean or not.

Ordered the bacon burger and ask for crispy bacon - came out limp as it can be and under cooked; burger was juicy and tasted okay but I've had better... I don't think they are using the same quality of meat they used to, but like I said, it was editable and the fries were good.

The table was greasy and they have some electronic gizmo on the table that they are hyping - it had a credit card swiper on it and so I didn't mess with it - I think it had games and app's you could pay to entertain yourself while waiting;  my guess is it will be a flop because we pushed it back to the edge of the far side of the table and watched others do the same - almost no one in our view ever touched it other than to move it... I go there to eat, not play games or watch videos!    Just another revenue stream I suspect...

Wait staff was adequate and paid fairly good attention to us but it did take 22 mins to get our food after ordering and I felt, for lunch, that is too long (and we went at 11:30, before the "rush." )

Overall, it's not the Chili's we used to go to years ago when I worked nearby and after today, I doubt we will return, it's just not as good as Fosters or 5 Guys.  But nearly twice as expensive.

My husband and I went to Chili's last night for a rare dinner out. We decided on Chili's as it's usually consistent and a safe bet (plus, I really wanted their skillet queso). We ordered the ribeye and it was horrible; grey, grilled on one side, and not to order (we asked for rare and got medium rare). We sent them back and I ordered the fajitas, which are always good, but they were just as bad if not worse. The steak was grey and completely well done. I have a feeling they got a new cook... The service was great and apologetic for the poor meals. All in all, we paid $40 for 4 overpriced margaritas, a perfect skillet queso, and bad fajitas for a total of $60 plus tip.

I should have gone shopping instead with that $$.

I was at a funeral for my boyfriend's grandfather down the road. 6 hours long. They provided some snacks, but we decided to go here afterward to eat. I was stuck between a big salad & the chicken club tacos, the salad sounded good & it was a Chili's favorite. Our waiter, Reggie, was hilarious and very helpful when it came to questions about the menu. Unfortunately, the lettuce in the salad was noticeably wilted & I wasn't crazy about the sauce. I told Reggie this, and sadly he didn't discount it or anything. I guess it's because I still ate some of it -.-.  Should have got the tacos...

I loooooove this location!  I'm a "get it to go" customer.  I place orders via the website,  park, go in (they will also come out to your vehicle), and roll home.  Nothing over the top about this place...they just give good customer service.  Acknowledge me (a smile helps), ring up my food, hand it to me, thank me...I'm good and out the door.
The 2 for $20 special is the best restaurant offer since slice bread...AWEEEESOMMMMMEE!  LOL
To this location...keep up the good work!

I once ordered on line and for some reason, my order had just been received at the restaurant the same time my order entry acknowledgment said my order would be ready.  The manager took responsibility and I walked out the door with my order (2 for $20 of course) and a HUGE SMILE on my face.  Naturally, I  returned the customer service...that was the HUGE SMILE thing... and thanked him for appreciating my patronage.

Best. Service. EVER.  Arthur was our server and he was amazing.  We had a group of seven which can be a lot to handle, but he was on top of everything-- remembered our orders without writing it down (and got everything perfect) and was always on top of drink refills etc.  The food was soooo good and the cocktails were too!  Highly recommend this location.

I went here a couple of weeks ago for the Veteran's day specials they had going on. I had about a 30 minute wait (which is why I give it a 4), but the food was great and my server was very friendly.

I have been coming here for lunch about once a week for the last month or so, I really like this location. The service has been great from most of the servers there, also the food is great. Certainly won't leave hungry.
My one suggestion is lay off the salt a little.

IF you've ever been to chili's then this Manassas location is no different, service has always been good, food is always hot and I've never had to wait very long.  Nothing spectacular on the menu standard american food burgers, ribs, fried chicken strips and steak along with a bunch of other stuff. So if you don't know what you want for diner they have enough variety to probably meet something that will catch your eye (if the "I want my baby back baby back back ribs chili's" comercial isn't stuck in your head)

Yummeh! The food is not horrible at all. I used to go fairly often, just got out of the habit. Mainly b/c I love the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers. However, they wreak havoc on my acid reflux, so I can only go for lunch, which isn't as often.

We stopped in here last night and I was impressed that the food, establishment and staff were just as great as the last time!  Our waiter was friendly and very attentive.  We were there about 6:30 PM, sat right away and everything went smoothly from there. Clean table, great waiter, food fixed to order and dirty dishes cleaned up quickly.  Only thing that would have made it better was if they still had the awesome blossom on the menu.....

The last Yelper before me (Andy M.) said "It's dead so there's great service" .. I discovered it's dead because the food is horrible.

I took a party of five for dinner on a Monday night. We ordered the following items:

Chips and Salsa, Fajita Trio, Caribbean Salad and 3 kids meals with Mac & Cheese and sides. Although the waiter was nice and pleasant, everything else turned out to be a disaster.

Salad was not fresh, Shrimp was burnt, the sides for the Fajitas (lettuce and tomatoes looked stale) and Mac & Cheese arrived lukewarm and looked like it had been sitting there for a while.

The waiter was nice but his response time was slow and kept getting slower as more people arrived.

Because we were on a schedule, and were there with 3 children and felt it's better to leave than to wait for him to come back to us and file a complaint of some sort. We ate what we could tolerate, paid the bill and left.

I dont think I will be returning.

I was at Chili's the first week of March and the service was good......the food was excellent! There were 5 of us and we ate till we couldn't eat any more...Oink....that includes desert Molton chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream...Oink-Oink!

    I am ready for more!

Happy hour draft Sam Adams for $2 or $3 is all this place is worth.  The "appetizer" we tried was a more-liquid than paste slop with little flavor and no appeal. You're supposed to dip the bland industrial corn chips in it. Yech, tho.  Try Hard Times Cafe instead, they have excellent drafts and half price snacks  at Happy Hour, in the bar at the back.

We go to chilis exclusively for the steak fajitas and Presidente margaritas as they are top notch!  The chocolate molten cake is also a favorite.  Will always remain chilis residents as long as these three items are on the menu!

PROS: they sure like to kiss your butt. good customer service.. once you get upset that is.

CONS: been here a few times. seems like if you speak your opinion.. they fix things for you. once our main courses came out before our appetizers.. someone in the group questioned the waiter out of curiosity.. the waiter told the manager.. manager gave us free appetizers (we werent even upset.. we were just wondering why they came out first).. then another time our group had to wait 30 min after we had a reservation.. and then they wanted to split up the group into 2 tables far away from each other. we got pissed and walked out the door. the manager comes running out and all of a sudden there's "room" that opened up. ironic.

Chili's is one of the more consistent casual dining restaurants. The company knows what it wants to be and follows that line closely.

They serve tex-mex style food of good quality. The menu has plenty of choices and lots of pics to make it easier to decide.
I went here on Saturday for a late night dinner. The service was quick and the quality was up to par.
As a starter we chose the Boneless Buffalo Wings. Very hot and moist. The sauce was thick enough to stick nicely.
We ordered the Mushroom Jack Fajitas and they were sizzling hot and fresh. We received plenty of tortillas and fixins and our server was quick to offer us more, just in case.

In the summer they offer outside seating. Although traffic is loud and the air can be kind of polluted from emissions, it overlooks a body of water with ducks and the scenery could be worse.

    Nothing wrong with this Chili's

I love this Chillis it is the best in the area.  I have never been dissapointed in the quality of food when dining here.  The servers are always fast and friendly and the food hot.  My favorite meals here are the chicken crispers with mashed potatoes and gravy and the chicken quesadilla.  Curbside pickup forgets sometimes to bring out the extras included in your entree like honey mustard sauce or sour cream.

You can't go wrong with Chili's.  Reasonable prices for a wide range of food that satisfies anyone.  I've been here twice this week for work and both times the food was good and the service was attentive.  Our servers were on top of making sure we had plenty of drinks (up to the point where one of us would have three glass of nearly empty cola).  I thought it was odd that our server one time gave us the bill before we got our food, but if that's what it takes for a large group lunch to run smoothly without too many bill mishaps then that's fine with me.

Even though Chili's is a chain restaurant I like generally like Chili's.  I love their Fajita Pita and their ribs are decent.  It seems like the one at the Manassas location is usually cold.  Sometimes I notice that they mess up the orders quite a bit and once tried to bring me something totally different from what I had ordered!
