Chinese Royal Kitchen

So I have been ordering from this place a few times now. I place my order today online and was supposed to receive free Shrimp Fried Rice (must order $20). I purposely ordered an extra soup to go over the $20. So first they call and tell me that I need to order again because the online system was not working, but my card had already been charged. When I told them that they said I had to call the website company. While I was on the phone my order came in and they didnt make me order again. So my food comes and the shrimp fried rice did not come as expected. When I call, the woman tells me that because I ordered the special it does not count even though it was on my confirmation email. She was very unhelpful and would do nothing for me. I informed her that I was going to review their restaurant as a result of this poor customer service and she could care less. I will never eat here again as I feel they do not value their customers at all. Be warned ordering from this place.

I ordered the Thai Fried Rice today and it was so salty it could not be eaten.  I have contacted Eat24 (which we used to order) to ask about a refund - it was that bad.  Our office will not order from here again.

Ordered from them via Grubhub. Explicitly ordered tofu, but was delivered meat. So one of us went without dinner.
