We decided to try this restaurant during a DTSB First Friday and Restaurant Week. It was busy, but we found a table. Service was slow. we finally decided on our order from the restaurant week specials, but we're told that they were out of the appetizer and entree we wanted. We then went with burgers and fettucini from the regular menu. We waited and waited and waited. Eventually the waitress apologized and said she would give us some coupons for our next visit. And we waited and waited. Meanwhile others who were seated 30 min. after us got their burgers and pasta. We finally left and went to a McDonald's, which served us quickly with hot and fresh food. Sorry to say it, but I would recommend you just head straight for McDonald's.

This review is for the club not the restaraunt. The club is located in the back (hidden from Michigan Street). We bought tickets to see band,  The Cult last Thursday. We arrived early and there wasnt much of a wait or line. Real easy, get id'ed, give the door person a ticket stub and your in. There was no pat downs and no B.S. like many Rock type shows. The one annoying thing were the people handing out flyers everywhere. I guess the exposure will let others know about this place.

We got there early enough to scope the situation. Lots of tables and seats along the sides to enjoy drinks. There were 3 bars so there was never a long wait to get served. The patrons and staff were friendly. The sound system rocked with out getting muddled in loudness and the stage lighting was decent enough. There was plenty of room to move around. The bathrooms were relatively clean and located in the back.

South Bend needs to get more big concerts and Club Fever is one venue that starts the trend.

This place has tons of potential, but is garbage.
I've never liked anything I've eaten there, ever, and it is overpriced as hell.
This is disappointing, given the size and atmosphere of the place, not to mention the modernity of the kitchen itself.

Obviously, the emphasis of this place is the 2 nights a week when every fallen amish whore and hustler in the area is on fever's dancefloor fuckdancing.  So go downstairs, play some free pool and shuffleboard, and eat some frozen mozzarella sticks.

We were not impressed with this place. I had heard good things about it, and when we got there we really liked the atmosphere, but as soon as our server started helping us things went south.

Maybe she was just having a bad day, but it really seemed like she didn't care about her job, she didn't know the specials, or soups, and at one point had to ask what day it was; she was just very confused.

The appetizers were good, but when the salad/soups arrived we were disappointed. My sisters mushroom soup looked scary, and my wife's salad had dirty uncut carrots.

The person that had said good things about the place told me there was an amazing burger thats not on the menu but that I had to order. Everyone but my wife ordered the burger, two of us ordered medium rare and one medium. When the burgers arrived they were all extremely well done, and mine was so cooked that the outside was crispy and charred. When I sent it back to the kitchen the waitress came back out and told me that USDA standard restrict them from cooking anything other than well done. In the meantime a table not far from us got steaks prepared rare, medium rare, and medium.

I really liked the atmosphere, but the service, and food, were horrible. We won't be going back there.
