I love the pizza here. Â The scratch made sauces make a huge difference and they offer plenty of fresh toppings.
The draft beer selection is also good and the beer menu describes the beers in detail.
Overall this is a fun little pizza place in a quiet corner of Alexandria with great pizza and beer. Â I also think the prices are very reasonable.
I eat at DRP occasionally, although I end up being disappointed on one level or another.  Pizza's are usually good, although I have noticed inconsistency rom one day to the next.  Other menu items are average or just plain pathetic.  Last time I ordered an eggplant dish that was about 4 bits of baked eggplant, although it was sold as an entrée.  It was served in a 4" iron pan.  That is an "entree" that can fit on 4 square inches!  I thought they accidentally brought me an appetizer.  They were good enough to take it back and bring me a pizza.
Stick to the Pizza's and keep finders crossed.
