  I have been ordering from Dragon City for about, 2 years, the food is good, hot when they deliver it. I live in Mt. Auburn and don't have a car. The menu has a lot to pick from. I order when my grand children are over, we get the house lo mein, pepper steak, sesame chicken, and the chicken wings are to die for. They are cooked done, but not hard. Wish I knew what kind of seasoning they put on them. The woman on the phone is rude, and abrupt, she always says "50 mins" your order be ready. At about 50 mins, they are calling, They take major credit cards, It is worth trying out, one evening you don't want to cook. They have my business, abruptness and all. The food is good. Freda Girl

  Dragon City nails what I am looking for in delivery Chinese food. It's fried, it's sweet and it's spicy. The General Tso's is some of the best I've ever had. When it was delivered it was still hot and crispy. The sauce what perfectly sweet and spicy, the spiciest I've ever had. Very good! I also got a side of fried rice, which was ok, but covered in sauce it didn't really matter.
  
  The service was no surprise. They were abrupt, hard to understand and very pushy. The sign of any good cheap Chinese delivery. I was not troubled by this at all.
  
  All and all, I think Dragon City delivers, no pun intended, on all marks. It's tasty, it's fast, it's awesome!

  The other week, I got mailing from them stating that they deliver. I was ecstatic since the number of restaurants that deliver downtown is pretty much close to none. I looked over the menu and it looked tasty for a rainy, lazy evening when I didn't feel like cooking.
  
  And then that day came. I had a really long work day already- and when someone from Dragon City picked up, I asked out of courtesy, "you deliver to downtown, right? There was no hesitation at all - it was a simple "no," and then she hangs up. Wow. Not even a courtesy explanation "no we do not, we're idiots for mailing you something that states we deliver" or "no, but you can try us in-house?"  
  
  So while I never tried it - that was enough to give them a star and not ever consider this place.

  Great food lousy customer service. Sometimes they are fast when they deliver sometimes they take 2.5 hours. And the lady is just rude! If it werent such amazing food it wouldnt even be worth it.
