Really really good food. My paratha tacos were pretty much incredible throughout - the flatbread was light and flaky and had a great texture, the beef was flavorful and tender without being greasy, and the veggies and kimchi were fresh and provided a nice contrast to the rest of the filling. I also think I could eat the En Hakkore sauce on just about anything, at any time. It has just enough spice to be interesting, but is still refreshing. I look forward to trying some of the other items on the menu.

The space is just fine, with relatively comfortable seating and flexible options for large / small groups. It's reminiscent of the old Melt space, without the kid-influenced feeling.

Word is spreading fast about this eclectic Korean spot on Damen. I've been twice now, and the second time there was a sizable line by 6:30 on a Friday night. We may have to start taking the deliciousness to go! The bibimbap is ginormous and chock full of 16 fresh, tasty veggies with your choice of rice, sauce (hot or soy) and meat (spicy pork belly or Korean beef).

The rolls are also amazing -- I love the mango tempura shrimp with avocado and micro greens. Even the California roll is memorable, thanks to the imitation crab salad filling instead of the usual stick. And the owner is super friendly and eager to teach first-timers how the food is meant to be eaten.

Great food, great service and zero pretension is hard to come by in this area -- needless to say, we will be back!

The decor is so home-y and just made me smile and want to stay there.. not necessarily what I had expected from a korean-ish place, but I love it. I had the bibimbap with pork belly, my boyfriend had the bibimbap with beef and an excellent cup of green tea. The bowls are HUGE, imagine eating from a wok- seriously the best description I can come up with. My only complaint would be that the eggs are not fried..I'm somewhat obsessed with runny yolks.. I cannot wait to return and try the sashimi bibimbap and other menu items..
