Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

We recently tried Flemings for our anniversary dinner.  I must say this may have been the best meal and service we have ever received.  We were greeted by a wonderful hostess (Alyssa)  who was very friendly and immediately put us in a great mood.  This experience was enhanced further when our waitress (Abbey) came to our table and was the nicest  and most knowledgeable waitress ever.  The meal was delicious.  The filet melted in your mouth, the halibut was perfect, the Flemings potatoes were divine.  To top it off the manager Mark came over to make sure everything was great.  He is a very nice man who is working hard and succeeding at making Flemings a premier restaurant.  Oh and to top it off the Lava cake is to die for.

So...in an effort to build its clientele, Flemings invited a lawyer friend from a local law firm to a free dinner, who in turn invited his girlfriend, the fiancee and I. Score!

All four us indulged in $450 worth of fine dining. Yikes!

We were treated to:
A seafood tower - yuuuumm!
A burrata salad
2 prime bone-in rib eyes with sides - steaks are bigger than your face!
A fillet Mignon
A steak and scallop chef's special - so damn delicious!
A chocolate lava cake - holy mother of god, this was heavenly!
An in-house made carrot cake - the frosting was amazing!
& a bottle of wine.

(Of course, we added a round of drinks)

Our waiter was super attentive & the operating partner came by a few times to introduce himself and check in to ensure we were doing ok. Quality.

We were informed of their daily $6 happy hour specials, which includes their normally-priced $14 burger. Definitely gotta check that out.

Fleming's has definitely changed for the better since my last visit. From being immediately greeted by friendly staff upon entering to being served by multiple knowledgeable and caring staff throughout the entire night, my experience at Fleming's this time far exceeded my expectations.

It seems like during the month that elapsed since my last visit, Fleming's has truly found their niche and has successfully fine-tuned their ambiance (there was light music playing in the background and the mood was much more casual and jovial) and service (our server was very personable and nice, and I noticed that the other servers around my general vicinity were also very cordial and amicable with their guests). This visit has changed my perception of Fleming's and I can say with confidence that I will be back-- if not for the bone-in ribeye, then for the overall great dining experience.
