Grand Saloon

Located south-southeast of Waldo, this bar almost seems out of place in the neighborhood.   (Though BB's being located a few blocks east helps it not seem quite so isolated.)

I'd classify the Grand Saloon as somewhere halfway between a restaurant-bar and a low-key lounge.  It's a bar that doesn't seem to be very well known, but is a lot of fun for those who know about it.   The bartender on my last visit was pretty funny and we chatted with him for quite a while.

The kitchen is open until 11pm nightly, and there's also karaoke every Saturday night.   I don't know if they still do this, but on the day of my first visit (in a July while back) they were having a free BBQ that evening.
