Humble Pie

Excellent pizza! Very friendly staff, I got the mushroom and sausage hand tossed with the pepper jack breadsticks and they were both to die for! New favorite pizza joint, go Humble Pie!

Disappointed.  For all the hype on their site about "made from scratch crust", their crust may have been the weakest part of the pie - and it had all the hallmarks of being pre-fab:  uniform texture, flavorless and oddly diamond-textured on the bottom.  The cheese was of decent quality, but without a hint of browning.  The sauce was straight-from-the-can, foodservice quality.  The toppings looked like they were added as an afterthought - basically sitting on top of the cheese with almost no indication of being cooked.

Food is great, and the staff if terrific! Only problem is the delivery time is a little long. But for the price and size of the food, i can wait an hour.
