Bravaro's Pizza

Lots of pepperoni. They cover the entire pizza. Lots of really good cheese too. I recommend it.

Our first experience was great.  Quick, hot, delicious pizza!

Our second, not so good.  Pizza arrived on time - but arrived with pepperoni instead of pineapple.  Being vegetarians, we couldn't exactly eat it.  We called just 5 minutes after delivery to bring the mistake to their attention, and the cook basically suggested that we were trying to rip them off.  She said we had to give the pizza we received back (well, duh? why would we keep it) and then proceeded to make us wait another hour for our correct pizza!  By the time we received the pizza, the breadsticks were cold.

We were offered absolutely NO apology or compensation for essentially have to wait 2 hours for our dinner.  

Good pizza, BAD service.

**Update** Since posting this review, Bravaro's has apologized with a surprise order of breadsticks on our last order (yes, we still ordered because the pizza is good!)  It's nice to know that they were willing to make up for their mistake.  +1 more star!!
