Ironside Grill

This place has a great location, cool vibe and geat bar but their food can use some work. It's just blah. Fun place to hang out and drink but we end up going somewhere else to eat - step it up guys!

I think that Ironsides is a great place to go to meet up with friends and/or watch a game if you live in the Charlestown area. For a sport's bar I really enjoy their food but I think it's definitely on the expensive side. I would give the waitstaff 2 stars but that's just because I don't think there are enough of them when it's packed.

the food is pretty bad. the service isn't much better. don't expect much from the kitchen. in fact, if you're lucky enough to sit at the bar by the service window, you'll see your cooks handle dirty wet rags and then pull a handful of your nachos out of a bin. classy. the server set our plates down in front of us without a word and then left.

if you're looking for a local spot for a few beers and you don't plan to eat, it may not be so bad.
