I was never really fond of JJ and never understood why people love them so much..either way, this location always reminded me why I don't.
What good does it do if they are fast but they are unorganized, and can't say the names of the sandwiches in an audible form...followed by a snapping attitude if no reply is given? Â The final attempt with them was months ago when I picked up food for a bunch of my coworkers, and I HAD to make it obvious that I needed a box or something to carry since they don't have sh*t. Â You basically carry the sandwiches, drinks, chips, and cookies on your own. Â Sure enough, not all coworkers had their drinks, and dry sandwiches. Â JJ automatically pisses me off.
The food is always awesome, we've ordered a few times, but this particular location SUCKS. Seriously, just order from a different location. We live less than a block away, but were feeling lazy and just called. Thirty minutes go by, so we call, and apparently THEY RAN OUT OF BREAD. Now (60 minutes after ordering) we get a call and we were just informed that they "had a problem with their driver." ?!?!?! It's been an hour and 10 minutes now, still nothing. Needless to say, no way we're giving a tip.

I have been a huge fan of Jimmy Johns for a long time. Â Great food and fast, consistent delivery, until I found out that my credit card, and personal information had been stolen after this last order.
ALL of my credit card information, name, address ect, were stolen to make a fraudulent XBOX live account, which charged 74.99 to my debit card.
The reason that I suspect that is was someone employed at this location, is this account was created and closed the same evening of my Jimmy John's order. Â The reason I suspect that it is someone employed at this location, is because it is the only instance that someone would have had access to not only my credit card information, but also my name an address to enable them to make a fraudulent online purchase. Â
My last Jimmy John's order is the only time in the past few weeks that I have used my debit card, and it seems more of a coincidence that a fraudulent charge would be charged on my debit card shortly after my last order.
The reason I know it is a fraudulent charge, is because I do not, nor have I ever owned an XBOX, nor do I have an XBOX live account.
