Kerry House

Review for the restaurant side: It's the worst when you find a restaurant with good food, but the horrible customer service outshines the food. That is what happened during my experience at Kerry house. We came in an hour before they were supposed to close, and immediately the girl said in an annoyed tone "we close soon." Ok, no big deal. As we start looking at the menus, we can feel her staring us down waiting for us to decide. We order and throughout the time we're eating she feels the need to remind us that they're almost closing like 4 times. I understand planting the seed, but making us feel completely rushed and like we're a bother for being there is unacceptable. 1 warning is fine, we're not deaf, we heard you the first time. I just don't like to feel like a burden when I'm supposed to be experiencing the service industry. If you don't want me to come in an hour before you close, then lock the doors an hour earlier. The food was great but not great enough to deal with being treated like that. The employees need some serious customer service training. While they do that ill be at house of curries down the street where they appreciate my business.

Great neighborhood bar. Wonderful bartenders...Mike..Love him. Great place to watch the game.

Prices were reasonable.

I usually leave much better tips when eating out than what I left today due to lukewarm service. I leave good tips when the service is friendly and when the server checks on me to see if I'm OK and would like something else. I had to get up from my table to get my own water. Therefore, I left only a $1.00 tip to show more class than what was shown me. In addition, I left a note on my credit card receipt for the restaurant manager/owner to see.
