Kid Rock

The late '90s were a magical time...

not so much for the music.  Limp Bizkit.  Britney and Xtina.  NSYNC and the Backstreet Boys.  This douche.

Some things can't be unremembered, no matter how hard you try,

I loved rockin to Kid Rock back in 2000.  I love the way he can go hip-hop, rock,  or blues.  I haven't been listening t him much lately, but I had tickets for his stop in KC.  

It was Sunday night and I felt more like curling up with take out Chinese then going to a concert.  My mood totally changed a half hour into the show.  This was a killer show!  It was a mash up of all types of music and all types of fans having an amazing time together.  Rev Run came out and did all his old Run DMC stuff- which killed.  Kid rocked with one of the Alman brothers and also did a scratch sequence on the 1 & 2's.  

This didn't feel like a "show", it felt like you were just watching a lot of musicians having a great time together.  

KR rocked it!!!
