I come in, get a big mac meal, sit down and I notice Mexican music playing through the restaurant speakers. I look around at customers sitting all around which appear to be mostly eastern European old men, 5 white guys 2 black women and me. Not a coincidence the entire staff was Mexican working but since when does the staff have control of the radio. Definitely don't have nothing against Mexican people or Mexican music I just found it pretty selfish and inconsiderate.

Um, it was 102 F yesterday in Chicago and this restaurant's AC was broken. No maintenance crews to be seen anywhere. I've worked in multi-unit retail before and lesser chains have maintenance crews that arrive within hours to fix much smaller problems. There were a lot of senior citizen customers drenched in sweat and fanning their faces as best they could. No maintenance crew in sight. This is not only a nuisance but also this unit is putting their customers' health in jeopardy.

Aside from that, no condiment bar, seriously? Only a single ketchup pump. Not even salt and pepper are available, not from the non-existent condiment bar, not present at the tables either.
