One of the worst and most confusing dining experiences I've ever had.
We went here for DineLA and a couple of people in my party ordered the Chicken Kale Salad because it got rave reviews. First came an appetizer cup of soup (regularly $4 on the regular menu).  Then the Chicken Kale Salad came and it was the really tiny plate that was really more of a side salad and also they forgot the chicken part of the chicken kale salad.  We asked the waiter and he confirmed that it is the DineLA portion which is smaller but he brought the chicken after most of the salad was eaten. On the regular menu, the small chicken kale salad was $10.  So add that with the soup, the meal would've cost $14.  However, the DineLA price for the meal was $20.  Dessert wasn't included. Now how does that make sense? DineLA is meant to be cheaper than the regular menu.  What's the point of ordering off the DineLA menu if it's more expensive for the exact same thing?  When we asked the waiter, he didn't seem to understand our explanation and so he got the manager.  The manager came and took off one of the chicken kale salads and said that we were indeed given the wrong size salad and it should've been the bigger entrée size.  We tried explaining to the manager that the DineLA deal isn't really a savings at all.  Even if we did get the larger entrée salad.  It only costs $15 on the regular menu.  So including the cup of soup, it would've only cost $19 at the non-DineLA price.  Instead, it's $20 for DineLA. All the manager could say was "i'm not sure what to say...that's just how it's priced."
It didn't really make sense to us how the waiter did not know that he gave us the smaller version (especially after he said he confirmed with the kitchen that we got the right one). Â I'm sure we weren't the first ones to order this salad as part of DineLA so you'd think he would've noticed if we got a smaller salad than normal. Â
Also, I ordered garlic fries as a side and those didn't come out until I was pretty much done with the meal.
I'm giving this place 2 stars because the food is actually pretty good. Â But otherwise, it would've been just one star. Â If you go to this restaurant, just don't order the DineLA menu. It's a scam.
I would die over and over again for their kale salad. I actually get cravings for it, and I'm not a big salad person. The parmesan and lemon vinaigrette is wonderful and the golden raisins are a touch that I would never have thought to add to a salad, but it really is wonderful.
Please, even if you think you don't like salads, just try the kale salad. You don't even need the chicken, it's so good.
Their pre-meal bread is also wonderful. It tastes like my mother's homemade pizza.
As for parking, use valet. It's far and away cheaper than using the parking garage.
