Habibi Cafe

The hookah was great and I really enjoyed the more chill vibe as opposed to Gypsy Cafe across the street. The service could've been a tad better though. I definitely recommend it if you're in the Westwood area and you're looking for a good hookah joint late at night.

doesnt get any better! the hookahs have apple bowls and great customer service! has different sections to sit and very different...i know my hookah and if im ever in LA, habibi's is the way to go!

I can't remember the last time I went to a place with such unethical business practices.  This is the shadiest place I've ever been to, in the US and beyond.  First off, they don't serve tap water, and charge $2.50 for bottled water that has a Habibi label and appears to be bottled on the premise.

We ordered a Hookah, and the waiter brought it in a pineapple. Since we already had a shady feeling about the place, we decided to ask about the price of the pineapple. It took us quite a while to grab someones attention. The waiter was visibly smoking a cigarette in the restaurant even though I was making eye contact with him and asking him to come over. He finally came and  told us that the pineapple was an extra $40. GTFOH.  Then we decided to read the fine print on the menu and discovered  a $10 minimum per person, and 20% gratuity for parties of two or more.  They don't explain any of this when you sit down.  What other business in the world does this? I haven't been to it. They prey on people who won't speak up for themselves and will just pay the bill and leave.

This place is ULTRA SHADY and I don't recommend it to anyone.
