Taha Restaurant and Hookah Lounge

*I think this was cash only (a little hard to recall)* This place was a little difficult to find as it's a hole in the wall place on Westwood Blvd and the environment/seating was a little bit awkward as we sat in a restaurant style booth outside.  They were kind enough to give us delicious and free tea though.  Trust me and get the tea with your hookah.  This is the best quality of hookah I have ever had.  The bowl lasts forever no joke.  Out of the four of us smoking, the bowl lasted the entire time we were there.  For me personally, I do go to hookah lounges for the environment as well as the quality of the hookah (ambiance and quality aren't mutually exclusive for me) and the quality is top notch but the environment was a little awkward.  Still the best near UCLA (so much better than overrated and overpriced Gypsy/Habibi).

I would give this place zero stars if it were possible. It's not that the hookah was bad, but that the service was atrocious. The manager didn't give my entire change back and lied saying they didn't have enough cash in the register, which is bs because this is an all cash business. I had to argue with him until he decided to give the rest back.
