Great little neighborhood pub.  Staff is always friendly and the food comes out perfect.  Fun place to watch the games on their many flat-screen televisions and projection screen. I love their wings and salad combo!

I probably should wait to review this place at a time that I actually go during normal business hours.  My visit was during the bewitching hour (it is a 3 am bar) and after a full day at the wineries (when I should have been home).  I'll visit again sometime and update my review...

When I was there, they had a large late night crowd (lifetime southside residents).  The decor was big open sports bar meets green walls and nice bathrooms (hey--it matters), lots of video games, high top tables (I prefer high tops for social purposes), and TV's galore,.

For me, this is a neighborhood sports bar that is one of the nicest in this neighborhood.  But, it is not  an Irish pub, and not a place I would drive from any distance to visit.

This place is trying to plug itself at the closest 3am bar to South County.  I have no idea what benefit that really is for this bar, but hey, the place is usually crowded, and almost always after 1am, so I am going to say, this plug is working for them.

This is really a nice little neighborhood Irish Pub in my opinion.  There are usually tables, the food is decent, and the drinks keep flowing.  I have never had a problem with service here, and my Guinness always seems to be full.  Also, I don't seem to be paying as much for this alcohol as I generally would if I were to go to some other Irish Pubs in the area.

If you hit the happy hour (Mon -Fri 3-7 PM) all appetizers are only $3.99, and of course, they have a solid karaoke night on Thursdays that goes till 2 AM.

All in all, I think this place is off to a bang up start...can't wait to see how it is in a few years when it really gets its bearings.

Patrick McKeane's is new.  They are located behind Crusoe's on Oceola.  The first time I went, it was fantastic.  The next few times, very good.  The last time, well, I think that they were out-capacatied (made up word ... ).  Crusoe's is doing some renovation, so there could have been quite a few overflow tables.  It took forever to get the table cleaned, and get served.  But, this is a NEW bar.  I don't like being critical on a new venture, but I don't want to set the wrong impression.  I think this place will do great.  They carry anything an irishman needs to have to be happy (read: Jamison, Guiness).  The owner is friendly and makes the rounds.  I'll definately be back.
