  This is the only potbelly that I know that is in my area. I usually buy downtown and I love the way they make my chicken salad salad. When I come here its just....OK. The staff is pretty nice but I'm use to more quirky staffs at other places.
  
  I'm a fan though and will be back.

  Potbelly makes some of my favorite sandwiches. Potbelly is also about more than just sandwiches. It's about the people, their quirkiness, the dude jamming somewhere, etc. This place was so blah and lacking energy it was simply disappointing. Not only that- it was just not a great Wreck... maybe b/c it lacked love and energy. I'm not sure... but it was truly disappointing especially since I only get it a couple times a yr!

  Nice service and good soup.  Unfortunately, the tuna salad was very dry and tasteless and they messed up my friends order.  The live music was a nice touch.

  $8 bucks for a sandwich and drink with no chips. The wreck was ok. Not great and surely nothing that I would come back for. I had time to explore their decor and they need to concentrate more on the food. We need more Jersey Mikes! Now that is a sub that has fresh cut meat and ingredience on crispy french bread that makes your mouth water.

  I've been to Potbelly in the city and been impressed. Highland - first visit... not so much.
  
  We arrived at 11:30am for lunch and were the only customers. We ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 chips and 1 drink for... $17????? Seemed high so I asked for a bill. The bill was for $12something and not ours. Next bill: $17 and ours with other food on it. After a discussion with the server and a long line of annoyed people behind us, finally got our bill for $14 plus. Still too much for a couple of not that great sandwiches.
  
  So, inefficient and an only okay lunch. Like the review says "Meh. I've experienced better."
