Sam's Chicken & Rib

I ordered delivery through Seamless. It took 20 minutes beyond the estimated delivery time, but when it got to me it was still warm.

I got the Italian beef, cheese fries and mozzarella sticks. The beef was solid, not the best, but tasty. Same with the mozz sticks - not amazing, but good.

Everyone keeps talking about the fries. They were good - but I think the delivery was rough on them. I'd recommend only grabbing them in-store.

Overall - tasty, 7/10 would order again.

Disgusting, bone-dry rancid, inedible rib tips, free of bbq sauce.. Shriveled, dry and crumbling "hot links". Soggy, grease laden, limp cold fires. all served in a jumbled up mess. Delivered ice cold an hour and a half after I placed my order. All sent directly to the garbage, which was an insult to the garbage

I am a very regular customer (dozens of orders) and I have really tried to be patient.  From the first order, months ago, they are constantly forgetting things like sauces and condiments.  OK, no big deal.  I want to love the place because it is something like 3 blocks from my place and pretty reasonably priced.  Most of the time they don't have soda in two liter bottles, which I am not really sure how hard it is to keep in stock, but OK. No big thing, right? Much of the last month they have been out of italian and BBQ beef.  Again, not sure how you run out, but OK. Last few orders, it seems like we haven't been getting proper delivery change.  OK, small thing.  Today, the same guy I have placed literally fifty orders with in the past is particularly snarly.  It takes 50 minutes to deliver two cheeseburgers and fries three blocks, and everything is cold when it arrives. The burgers are shoeleather and COLD.  Done and done.  The owner of this place should sublet it to someone who is competent.
