Tried the Burrito made it a combo for $10.00. I got a can soda, some very crispy chips (A+) and a taco. The taco was chicken bbq with the guac, cole, and pico de gallo, the bbq flavor blended in well with the guacamole and slaw, as each flavor had it's turn and they went well together. Then there was a burrito. I ordered a torta, but somehow when I got back to work there it was a BBQ Brisket burrito. It was a bland burrito with a meat the required extra chews, no flavors were bursting out of this tortilla at all. That's why I wanted the Torta because I knew it wasn't going to be good having this many flavors inside a flour tortilla. Overall I like the concept and will try again just need to choose the right combo.
Review Source:I don't expect much from a food truck, so this truck is just ok to me. If it was between this and a roach coach, Stop Guac N Roll is much better! Just like all those other trendy food trucks, it's pricier than a roach coach and Chipotle is probably a tastier decision... but you go to a truck out of convenience and I guess I would order here again if it was one of my few options.
Review Source:The best food truck alive. The best burritos, tacos, flautas, n especially tacquitos. There fried avacados are to die for. The owner is an amazing chef and their food is beyond fresh and amazing. There boneless BBQ wings are so great it seems like they melt in your mouth. This is by far my favorite food truck ever. There nachos are brilliant as well. You guys should go and enjoy the food it's simply amazing
