1 Tippling Place

Laid back atmosphere, above average drinks, nice staff... all in all a pretty good spot for a casual drink.

My only complaints are that its rather pricey (even if they are nicer drinks) and that the signage is terrible (everyone meeting there did the "whoops I just walked past this place" loop into the entrance).

The space thoughtfully laid out and very quaint.  I like that it feels like a parlor and the attention to detail is superb.

After arriving on a very hot day we stopped for cocktails at this place.  The bathrooms are very well laid out and are in keeping with the theme of the place, they offer a free phone charging station which was much needed at the time.

We sat at the bar and ordered 4 different cocktails.  All were really good and I would go back again for a drink maybe on a less busy night.  We ordered a bar snack which was just eh.

The downside was that there was only one! person waiting on the entire place- he bartended, served tables and food- there was maybe 30-40 people in the and a good deal of the place was occupied.  
I felt bad for him and was kind of getting anxiety for him.  We would have stayed for another drink but it was taking too long (understandably).  Hopefully they'll be better staffed next time, but I would definitely go back for the drinks and the vibe.
