I;ve been to annoyance before and really enjoyed it! But yesterday made the mistake to choose annoyance over an overly crowded green mill... and ended up at the "burlesque is more"! what an awful show, no one bit funny, and so embarassing to see these clumsy, awkward ladies getting undressed all the way to nude pasties... we left after 10 minites and I'll never be back to this place again...
Review Source:we had dinner nearby, and were walking south to check out who was playing at the green mill. there was a line around the corner so we headed toward fat cat, and saw this place. we decided to go, which was exciting because we don't often go to comedy shows aside from the bigger ones like second city.
we had some drinks after buying tickets, waiting for about an hour before the show started, and played UNO. it was excellent.
the show itself was hilarious. the only rule for the actors was that they couldn't refuse a drink -- a real drink -- if offered. so by the end of the show, they were way more plastered than we were, which made for some good times.
highly recommended. it's cheap too, so if the show doesn't quite tickle your fancy, it's no big loss to try again next time!
OMG. We went to the Reality TV show on Friday night. First clue was only about 10 people in the audience and most seemed related to the staff. The show lasted 44 minutes and mostly it was just uncomfortable. The 'show' host  just yelled and insulted. Yelling is not funny. There was no story or plot and then it just ended and no real laughs the whole time.  Have been to a few fair shows here before but won't waste another weekend night here again.
