Came here about a month ago, ordered a couple beers and shots. Â My bill was 14.41. Â I looked at my bank statement a couple days after that and they charged me 41.14. Â I called the bar up and whoever I spoke with nonchalantly told me "Oh, sometimes the bartenders have a stack of receipts and put in the wrong numbers, just bring your receipt and statement by and we'll fix it." Uh what? I've worked in the bar industry for 4 years and never have overcharged someone...I guess that's the perk of having a fully-functional brain. Â Nonetheless, I told her I'd be by the next day. Â I walked in, the place was pretty empty and I asked the barback if I could speak with the manager. This woman, Leanne, comes over and as i'm trying to explain they overcharged me she RUDELY interrupts me saying "oh baby, I can't help you with that right now." I explained that I told whoever on the phone yesterday I would be coming in at this time. Â She said I would have to wait an hour (for what, I have no idea). Â I had to go to work and I asked her again if she could help me, I was on a time crunch and this was their fault, I shouldn't have to wait. Â She refused to help. Â I told her that was fine, I was reporting this charge as fraudulent with Wells Fargo since she was unwilling help. Â Miss Leanne then yelled "EXCUSE ME???" across the bar as I was walking out. Â What a great actress. Â Anywho, the charge was reversed no thanks to Brewskis stellar management. Â Needless to say I won't be back. Â Service and food sucked anyways. Â Just a small, dumpy townie bar with a couple regulars. Â Nothin special ;)
Review Source:I had 2 beers for 2 hours of time there..... Not by choice. It took 30 minutes to simply cash out and that was after the waitress messed that request up by bringing another 2 beers each for me and my buddy. This after our clear request to cash out. Music was too loud and there was only one channel on all the tv's but many games going on. Won't be returning.
Review Source:Awesome place. Went there on a whim one day with some buddies, and now its our regular spot. Â The staff is what makes this place special. Everyone makes you feel right at home. Â
As Kevin Y. mentioned, there is always something good on T.V. and the music is also great. They have a nice beer selection  (their Guinness is always delicious!) and the staff is good and making up shots if you are feeling adventurous.  The burgers here are pretty darn good too...I have had a burger to go on more than one occasion. Â
If you are looking for a regular place to go to and just relax with friends, this is the place. Also, I can't wait till football season starts, because I have a feeling this may end up being a true Texans bar. Â This place is all about loyalty and friendship, which makes it different from all the other places. Â They will learn your name, take care of you, and always make you feel welcome.
My neighbor who visited the bar a few weeks before I decided to try it hit the nail on the head.

Rude staff who were more interested in talking with their buddies (not even customers) to the point where I sat with an empty beer bottle for 15 minutes, along with about another dozen people who could not get the waitstaff's attention.
When I brought this to the attention of the "gentleman" (read young punk) he copped an attitude. Â When I informed him of the reputation they had in the neighborhood, he flat out called mea liar.
Not how you treat a new customer who is buying drinks for the entire establishment to be friendly.... Â Will not return!
My boyfriend and I frequented Barry's Pizza when it used to be at this location, so we decided to try whatever took it's place. Let's just say this place is nowhere near Barry's caliber (and of course, it's not pizza, haha).
As soon as I walked in I didn't like it. It was very, very small-town-bar-ish. There was also nobody sitting in general seating, just a bunch of people at the bar (some who were smoking) who obviously knew the staff there.
We stood there for maybe 30 seconds before we were noticed, (trivial, but being that it was so empty there I still considered this an offense) and I almost considered walking back out based on that and my initial thoughts on the ambiance. On the flip side, when we were greeted, the bartender/waitress was very nice, which continued through our visit.
The food was again very bar-ish. I keep saying that because many "bar and grills" still have a modern, clean feel to them but I feel this is a true bar. Even still, it wasn't enough to keep me coming back.
Overall, I kind of feel like this is where you want to go if you're looking for a place to take you in as a bar regular. For us, not what we were looking for.
